Andrew T. Huse is a librarian with the University of South Florida's Special Collections department who lectures across the state about Florida food and foodways. Huse received an M.A. in History and an M.A. in Library and Information Science from the University of South Florida. Huse has written articles for Cigar City Magazine, Forum (Florida Humanities Council), The Sunland Tribune, Metro Mix, Creative Loafing, and Tampa Bay History.
