Marshall Frank (1940 -) was born to vaudevillian parents in New York. Frank moved to Miami at age 5, when more Seminole Indians strolled Main Street than Cuban Americans. He joined law enforcement in 1960 with the Dade County Sherrif's Office. Frank is now a retired captain from the Metro-Dade Police Department in Miami FL. Frank now resides in Melbourne, FL along with his wife, a sculptor artist.
